Insulation Mill Boards manufactured by Ravani Ceramics are made from selected clean minerals of uniform quality mixed with suitable in combustible binding materials.

Our insulation millboards are very efficient for HEAT and FIRE resistance with superior strength at service temperature up to 500 °C (932 °F) and even higher temperature when properly supported. It can be used satisfactorily at extreme temperature up to 1400 °C. Our insulation millboards can also withstand vibratory and impact loads. It contains excellent insulating properties for heat and electric insulation. Besides this our insulation millboards have acid, sound and vermin proof properties too. It is strong and flexible. It can also be cut down easily into pieces as required. It can also be drilled and screwed to supporting beams easily. It can also be molded or cemented to any shape. The SOFT, MEDIUM and HARD grade of our insulation millboards are made to cover the wide applications. The MEDIUM grade is standard grade and is supplied unless and otherwise if requested. The HARD grade is stiff and brittle. Its is used where rigidity is needed.

PACKING : We pack insulation millboards in wooden crates. The number of sheets per crate varies depending on the thickness of sheet. Please check details below for number of pieces in a crate :
